Opened in 1982, Chadstone is our original campus – as well as our largest and most populated.
At our Chadstone campus, you will find some of Victoria’s largest and most well-known building and construction training facilities. We offer over 30 pre-apprenticeships and apprenticeships in popular areas like plumbing and carpentry – as well as niche areas like glass and glazing and stonemasonry.
The Chadstone campus is also home to our international award-winning Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Centre of Excellence. You will find a digital print centre, fashion studios, building design suites, our business faculty, IT labs, and dental technology and oral health simulation facilities.
Additionally, the Holmesglen Employment Centre, connecting students and graduates with employment opportunities. Plus, our Chadstone campus has its own train station, Holmesglen, on the Glen Waverley line.
Getting there
Public Transport
The Chadstone campus is adjacent to Holmesglen train station (on the Glen Waverley line). You can also get there via multiple bus routes along Warrigal Rd.
By car
The campus is located two minutes from the Warrigal road exit on the Monash freeway. Paid Parking is available on site and payment is accepted via coins and credit card (surcharge applies).

Security
- The Security main office is located on the ground floor of Building 2, next to Gate 2.
- The Security Gate House is located between Building 5 and the main parking area next to the train line.
- The Gate House is for special access, i.e. disabled access or delivery or collection of heavy objects.
