Studying the Certificate IV in Information Technology (Gaming Development) at Holmesglen

The program has been designed from the ground up to take advantage of the latest industry software and development environments, giving you the skills necessary to design, develop and deploy games to your target platform. Entry Requirements

1. Good passes at Year 11 or the overseas equivalent. <br>2. Students must be at least 18 years old at the commencement of the course.<p>Prior to enrollment or commencement of training, you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan and identify any support needs. Your digital and computer skills will also be determined and confirmed during this process.

Recognition of prior learning

You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. This program is delivered in a hybrid format, enabling learners to attend either in person on campus or remotely through scheduled live WebEx sessions, following the provided timetable. Mandatory attendance is recorded and monitored.<p>Please note: International students can not attend remotely and must attend on campus for all classes.
