To be eligible, applicants must be 18 years of age at course commencement. <br> <br>Applicants must provide documented evidence of serology results for Hepatitis A, B, C & HIV prior to commencing the course. <br> <br>Applicants will be required to meet all clinical placement requirements by providing evidence of a valid national police record check, a valid working with children's check, and up-to-date immunisation requirements, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccinations.<br> <br>Applicants should have the ability to interact, communicate, and work in small teams. Comprehend technical reading material (Instrumentation Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Material Safety Data Sheets, etc.). Problem solving, such as identifying when data is outside expected results and identifying possible causes, Apply basic digital literacy. A physical ability to stand for long periods and fine motor control are recommended.

Prior to enrolment or commencement of training, applicants will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment online.<p>Applicants will then complete a pre-training interview at Holmesglen Moorabbin Campus, where these requirements are discussed and assessed to ascertain the suitability and learning needs of the applicant.
