Everyone's personal circumstances are different - and this can affect what you pay for your chosen courses at Holmesglen.

The course fee that you will pay will depend on whether your are:

  • enrolling in a VET or Higher Education course
  • Eligible for a government-subsidised place (for Higher Education courses)
  • A local or international student.

Your course fee is made up of

  • the tuition fee for the course
  • material and ancillary fees relating directly to your course, and
  • miscellaneneous fees and charges.

Material and other ancillary fees may include excursions, uniforms, equipment and/or other related fees. The course pages outline the tuition fees payable for each course. Higher Education Courses - Local students

Fees for higher education courses are displayed on the higher education course pages. Local students may be eligible for reduced tuition fees for some courses through a Commonwealth Supported Place. Please check at time of enrolment. Holmesglen can also provide assistance with the payment of your fees and offers a range of payment options.

Course related

Materials and activities fees are the actual costs of essential materials, equipment, activities and excursions that you will need to complete your course and are over and above the course fees and are not subject to concessions.

Miscellaneous fees and charges students may also be required to pay include the following:

  • Statement of results (current semester is free) $10
  • Academic Transcript (after initial issue) $20
  • Replacement of Certificate of Completion (Short Courses) $20
  • Replacement of Statement of Attainment $20
  • Statement of Academic Completion (after initial issue) $15
  • Replacement of Qualification (Testamur) $60
  • ID Card $15
  • Replacement of Industry Ticket (card) $20
  • Re-mark or re-appraisal of an examination paper $75
  • Preparation, validation and mailing of academic records overseas $100
  • Mailing out Statement of Attainment or Certificate of Completion $10
  • Mailing out qualification to student within Australia $15
  • Mailing out certificate/s to student overseas $30
  • Graduation attendance fee $100
  • Graduation guest tickets >10 days prior to event $20
  • Graduation guest tickets <10 days prior to event $40
